Terms of service.

We understand plans can change, and we're committed to being as flexible as possible! However, cancellations can disrupt our schedule and impact other clients eagerly waiting for our services.

Cancelation Policy:

We kindly ask clients to give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule. For big projects or bookings that require extra prep time (like our festive weekend package), we might need a bit more notice, which we'll chat about during your consultation.

Late Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a 50% fee of the total service cost will apply. Since payment is made upfront, if you choose not to reschedule, you'll receive a 50% refund of your original payment. This refund will be processed within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to reschedule within the 48-hour window, a small rescheduling fee will apply.

Exceptions:

We totally get that emergencies and unexpected things happen! We might be able to make exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
